Company Secretary having over 29 years of experience in the fields of various national and international corporates matters (largely IT companies & manufacturing Companies), raising of funds, handling various issues related to finance, advising on the restructuring of companies, merger, de-merger, acquisition, litigation, shareholders agreement, joint ventures, setting up of subsidiaries overseas, arbitration, setting up of unit in SEZ,  IPO, secretarial experience (holding of Board Meetings, General Meetings, committee meetings, preparing of minutes of the meetings, compliances with Registrar of Companies/stock exchanges if the companies are listed), drafting of ESOP Schemes, administering of ESOP Scheme, Liaoning with SEBI / RBI / other Government agencies, representing before various regulatory authorities in India, compliances under the Companies Act, 1956/ 2013 and listing agreement, private placement, means of raising of funds, etc. Mr. Desai appears before NCLT, SEBI, and represents before RBI and other regulators on behalf of clients.

Mr. Desai is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries India (ICSI), Bachelor of General Law from Mumbai University, and forex management course from XLRI, Jamshedpur. Mr. Desai is certified “Corporate Director” from the Institute of Directors, Mumbai, India.
